International payouts through Mamo are typically processed within minutes, allowing recipients to receive funds quickly without the delays associated with traditional bank transfers.

What currencies can I send international payouts in?
International payouts are currently funded in AED, with USD support planned for a future release. Recipients will receive the funds in their local currency, based on the payout corridor.
What fees apply to international payouts?
International payout fees depend on your Mamo pricing plan:
Growth plan: 0.6% or AED 15, whichever is higher
Premium plan: 0.5% or AED 15, whichever is higher
Enterprise plan: Custom pricing based on your commercial agreement
How long do I have to lock in an FX rate?
Once quoted, FX rates are locked in for 15 minutes, giving you time to review and confirm your payout before the rate expires.
Who can I send international payouts to?
International payouts can be sent to both individuals and businesses in supported countries and currencies.
What recipient details are required to send an international payout?

Do recipients need a Mamo account to receive funds?
No. Recipients do not need a Mamo account to receive an international payout.
Can international payouts be reversed or recalled?
Once an international payout has been processed, it cannot be reversed or recalled. If funds need to be returned, the recipient will need to initiate a separate transfer back to the sender.
How can I track the status of a payout?
You can track the status of your payouts directly from your dashboard, where you'll be able to view processing and completion updates.
Can I send multiple payouts at once?
Not currently. International payouts can only be created and processed one payout at a time.
Can I schedule recurring payouts?
Recurring international payouts are not supported at this time and must be initiated manually.
