Most official documents we request—such as a trade license, ID, and proof of address—are only valid for a certain period of time before they expire. As part of our ongoing KYB process, we may need to re-verify your documents if they have expired.
When a document is about to expire, we'll send you an email, and a red banner will appear at the top of your Mamo Dashboard.
Click on Update in the red banner, and follow the steps to submit your renewed documents.
We offer a 30-day grace period after your documents expire to allow for renewal. Please ensure to update the requested documents before the end of this grace period to prevent any limitations on your account.
