Accounts

The first page you will land on after logging into your Mamo Business Dashboard is the Accounts page. This page will show you your available balance and give you an overview of your upcoming settlements.

Settlements

Your Settlements page will show you a list of all the settlements that have been sent to your bank account.

This will list will include information such as the settlement amount, date and status.

Payouts

Your Payouts page will show you a list of all the payouts that have been sent from your Mamo account to the bank accounts of your vendors, partners or employees. This will list will include information such as the payout amount, date, recipient and status. If you have any questions about your payouts, always quote your Payout ID when chatting with us.

Payments

This is a full list of all the payments you've received from your end-customers. This will list will include information such as the payment amount, date, customer who made the payment and status. When clicking into a payment you'll be able to resend a receipt to your customer or refund the payment.

The disputes section here will show you a list of all the disputes that have been filed by your customer. Here, you'll be able to respond to the dispute by challenging it or accepting it.

Payment links

This is where all the payment links you've created will live. Create new links to share with your customers from this area. You can also open, copy, delete or deactivate payment links here.

Subscriptions

This is where you can create and manage all your subscription payments. Preview, copy or disable subscription payments here.

Invoices

This is where you can create and manage all your digital invoices. You'll be able to organize your invoices based on their status: outstanding, paid, cancelled and more.

Cards

Issue new cards for yourself and your team from this area. You'll also be able to see a list of all your cards and card statuses. Actions you can take here include:

Transactions

See a full list of all purchases that you and your team have made on all company cards. Here, you'll be able to search and filter transactions freely.

Cardholders

This is where you add new cardholders to your Mamo account. Remember, a single cardholder can (and probably should) have multiple cards depending on your business's needs. There is no restriction on how many cards an individual can hold. It all depends on the budgets and spend policies you have in place in your company.

Balance

This area shows you your Mamo Card balances at any given time. It also shows you what your Ultra balance looks like. Learn more about Ultra here.
