The Mamo Dashboard: Settings

Learn more about the different settings you can change on your Mamo account

We've made it possible for you to have full control and visibility on your Mamo account settings. These can be fully configured through the Settings menu.

Below, we're give you a brief overview of what each setting can help you do.

Account

Under the Account section of your Settings page, you'll be able to view your personal details including full name, email address and phone number. If you wish to make any changes your personal details, including your name, email address or phone number, you will need to get in touch with us via Chat and ask to speak to a member of our team. For security reasons, changes to this section cannot be done via the Dashboard.

Business

Under the Business section of Settings, you'll be able to manage your business information.

The following fields are editable via the Mamo Dashboard

  • Business name: This is the name of your business as you'd like it to appear in front of your end-customers.

  • Business address: This is the full and official address of your business. This will not be shown to your customers, and is used by Mamo internally only.

  • Support email: This email will be provided to your customers in case they need to reach out to you for support

  • Tax registration number: This will appear on any invoices you send to customers, as well as the tax invoice you receive from us every month.

Some fields cannot be edited in the Mamo Dashboard. To make changes to the following fields, please contact us via Chat:

  • Mamo Business tag: This will be used in all of your payment links.

  • Business website: This is the website of your business.

Bank account

Under the Bank account section of your Settings, you'll be able to add and update your IBAN. This is the IBAN for the bank account where all of your Mamo settlements will be sent.

Plan

Under the Plan section of your Settings, you can see all the details of the monthly plan you are subscribed to, including your rates, settlement period, and billing history. You can update your plan from here at any time.

The monthly fee for your plan is automatically deducted from your Mamo balance. You don't get charged via a different payment method.

Team

The heart of every business is an empowered team. Here you'll be able to add or remove new users to your Mamo account and manage their roles.

Simply click on + Invite user in the top right corner to invite a new teammate.

Be sure to assign specific roles to team members. This allows you to precisely control their access levels—what they can and can't do on the dashboard, ensuring they access only the features and data they need to.

There are 9 different roles you can assign to your team members, and all role access levels are clearly are explained when assigning roles to team mates.

Note: Only the account admin has the ability to change user roles and permissions, keeping everything secure and organized.

Branding

Branding of your payments link have moved to the Payments section.

Simply go to Payments > Branding to add your business's branding to all payment links that your customers will receive. You'll be able to:

  • Use your own logo

  • Add your brand colors

  • Personalize the experience for your customers

Developer

The Developer section has moved out of Settings, and can now be accessed directly from the main navigation on the left.

This is your primary resource for any support you and your developers need to get started with our API.

API Key: This is your unique identifier for connecting with our API. For security reasons, please do not share your key with anyone.

Your developers will need access to this page to integrate Mamo with the software your businesses uses on a daily basis.

Expenses

The Expenses configuration section has moved out of Settings, and can now be accessed inside the Expenses section.

Go to Expenses > Configurations to manage your entire company's expense categories. Your finance team will access this page to ensure that Mamo is synchronized with the expense categories you have defined in your budgets and accounting software.
