To reset your Mamo account password, simply go to the login page:
Enter your email, click on Continue
On the next screen, click on Forgot password at the bottom
You'll receive a password reset link to your registered email address
Follow the link to set up a new password securely
🔐 Tips for a secure password:
Instead of passwords, use passphrases with a minimum of 15 characters. Mixing uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols can help.
A passphrase is a longer sequence of words that are more resistant to brute-force attacks, and are often easier for humans to remember
An example of a passphrase can be “BLU3 cat, lo0k 0ver there!”
Don’t ever reuse passwords / passphrases across different tools and online accounts.
Change your password / passphrase every now and then, especially if you learn about a data breach elsewhere.
Note: If it's your first time logging in from a new device, you'll also be required to enter an OTP when signing into your account. The OTP will be sent to your registered email address.
