Using the Mamo Partner Portal

Track the merchants you've referred to Mamo, your commission statements, and your payouts — all in one place.

Mamo Partners are business or individuals who refer merchants to become Mamo customers.

💰 To become a Mamo Partner and earn revenue through referrals, go to our Partnerships page and click on Become a partner.

Once you're approved as a Mamo partner, you can use the portal to:

  • See the merchants you've referred and their status

  • View your monthly commission statements

  • Track how much has been paid to date and what's still due

  • Update your bank details for payouts

  • Refer new merchants

Access the portal at https://partners.mamopay.com

💡 Bookmark the portal for quick access. You'll sign in with your email each time — no password required.

Referring merchants

To refer a merchant on the partner portal, sign in at https://partners.mamopay.com

  1. Open the Referrals tab

  2. Click Refer a merchant button in the top right

  3. Your email client will open with a pre-filled draft to [email protected]

  4. Fill in the merchant's name, contact email, and website (optional), then send

Your Mamo account manager will follow up with the merchant directly and keep you updated as they onboard.

💡 Once the merchant activates and transacts on their Mamo account, they'll appear in your Referrals list and start counting towards your commission.

Tracking your referrals

Once signed in, click the Referrals tab in the top navigation. You'll see:

  • A list of every merchant you've referred to Mamo

  • The date each merchant was activated

  • Their current status: Active, Pending, or Inactive

    • Active: Merchants who have completed Mamo's onboarding and started transacting with Mamo

    • Pending: Referrals still being processed

    • Inactive: Referrals that are processed but not yet actively transacting

The list is updated automatically as new merchants start using their accounts.

Tracking your commission

Your monthly commission statements live in the Statements tab.

Each statement shows:

  • The month it covers

  • The total commission earned for that month

  • Its payment status: Pending or Paid

  • A PDF you can download for your records

Statements are issued after the end of each calendar month. If a month has no activity, no statement will be issued for that month.

Updating your bank details on the Partner Portal

Your bank details are where Mamo sends your commission payouts. To view or change them:

  1. Click the Profile tab

  2. Under Bank details, you'll see your current bank name, account holder, IBAN, and SWIFT

To make changes, email [email protected] with the updated details. Bank changes aren't self-service — this protects your account from accidental or unauthorized edits.

💡 Keep your bank details current. Outdated details will delay your commission payouts.
