Who is Mamo Business available to?
Mamo Business is currently available for UAE-based freelancers or businesses. To get started, please click the sign up button below and complete the online registration process. It takes a few minutes only!
Which documents are required to sign up?
Before you begin, make sure you have the following documents at hand:
I have a registered business
Trade License or Freelance License | This should be issued in the UAE. |
Memorandum / Articles of Association | A contract that specifies the regulations for your company’s operations and purpose. If you don’t have one, no worries, just let us know. |
Emirates ID | The front and back of the Emirates ID of any and all business owners. |
Proof of address | Any document showing the company address in the UAE if your address isn’t already listed on the trade license or Memorandum of Association. For example, a utility bill, Ejari, or Tawtheeq certificates, tenancy contract, etc. |
Bank account details (IBAN) | A UAE business bank account or a personal bank account belonging to one of the business owners. |
Bank statement | An official bank statement that is at most 6 months old. |
Valid website or social media page | This can be a website URL or social media profile used by your business. If you don't have a business website or social media profile, this can be your own personal website or social media profile |
Proof of service | This can be a sample invoice or receipt you’ve issued to any of your customers in the last 3 months. If you don’t issue invoices or receipts, a screenshot of a written WhatsApp chat will also work. |

Important information on "Proof of address"
For individuals who reside with family or friends and don’t have proof of address documents under their names, we can accept all of the following:
Provide a valid Proof of address in the name of your family member or friend, and the Emirates ID of the individual mentioned on this document; and
Confirm, in writing, the relationship with that individual. For example, wife, father, sibling, etc.
Once you've provided all the necessary documents, we'll proceed with our review and promptly inform you of any updates.
Upon successful verification, we'll send you an email with easy-to-follow instructions on creating and sharing payment links with your customers.

How do I sign up for Mamo Business?
Please keep in mind that your account needs to be verified before you’re able to use payment links. However, you are free to sign up and give the dashboard a test drive.
You can sign up online on the Mamo Business website. It literally takes a few minutes. Just remember to have the right documents at hand in digital format, as you will be asked to upload them during the process.
Sign up or login with Google or your email address
You’ll receive a six-digit authentication code through the email address
Enter the code, select Verify, and login
Enter a password you’d like to use for the account and select Continue
Sign up with your registered phone number
You’ll receive a six-digit authentication code your registered phone number
Enter the code, select Verify, and login

Can I sign up for multiple accounts?
Yes! If you run multiple businesses or side gigs, you can create multiple Mamo Business accounts all linked to a single email address or profile.
To do this, simply sign up for a new account and all of your accounts will automatically get linked. You'll be able to switch between accounts easily while signed into your Mamo Business Dashboard.
How long does it take to open a Mamo Business account?
When the correct documents are provided, we will have your account approved, validated, and up and running within 1-2 business days.
In rare cases, and due to different circumstances (e.g., incorrect or expired documents), accounts can take up to 5 days to open.
With that said, you can register and login to Mamo Business right away and get familiar with the platform.
Please remember that you won't be able to start receiving payments until you have uploaded all your documents and your account has been verified.

Do I need to sign a physical contract?
There are no physical contracts at Mamo! However, by registering your business, you will need to digitally agree to our Terms and Conditions.
Can I sign up with a non-UAE bank account?
Unfortunately, no. You can only use a UAE bank account when registering with Mamo Business. You can sign up with either a business bank account or a personal bank account.
