Mamo is regulated and licensed by the DFSA with a Cat 3C Providing Money Services licence; which requires high level of security and control on user and customer information.

As such, currently, you can only update your information on Mamo Business by using the Chat feature and providing supporting documents if needed.

The team is hard at work to change this and very soon you'll be able to update information directly from your Mamo Business dashboard. We appreciate your patience.

To view your information:

  1. Select Settings from the left menu:

    1. Select Bank account

If these are correct, there is nothing for you to do. If any update is required please use the Chat feature and provide supporting documents if needed.
