To enjoy the benefits of spending on your Mamo Card, you'll need to add funds to it. You can top up your card in one of two ways:
Top up from your Mamo balance
Add money to your card from your available Mamo balance. Mamo balances reflect the payments you've collected from your customers that have not yet been settled to your bank account. This is the fastest and slickest way to top up your card and results in real-time π
Top up via a manual bank transfer
Add money to your card by transferring funds directly to Mamo from your bank account. When you choose this option we'll share our bank details with you, at which point you'll add your unique reference ID to a bank transfer you initiate manually.
Top-ups from bank transfers usually reflect within 1 business day. If you don't see your funds by then, email your Proof of Payment to [email protected] to help us quickly verify and process your top-up.
Reversing a top-up
If you'd like to undo a top-up, you have the following options:
Reversing a top-up from Mamo balance
This is easy, and free! Simply go to Accounts > Transfer, and transfer the money back to your Mamo balance.
Reversing a manual bank transfer
If you've topped up your card via a bank transfer from your linked bank account, you can send it back to your bank account by transferring it to your Mamo balance, and waiting for the next settlement.
If you've used a different bank account than your own, you can initiate a payout to that bank account, which will incur a payout fee.
