Mamo Business is a payment processing platform that allows businesses and e-commerce websites to accept online payments. We are responsible for the secure processing of payments between you and a business, but we are not responsible for the fulfillment of your order.

What does this mean for you?

  • If you have a question about your order, such as the status of your shipment or the return policy, you will need to contact the business directly.

  • If you have a problem with your payment, such as a fraudulent charge or a declined card, you can contact Mamo Business for assistance.

How to contact the business

The contact information for the business can usually be found on their website or in their order confirmation email. If you cannot find the contact information, you can try searching for the business on social media or contacting their customer support team.

We understand that it can be frustrating when you have a problem with your order or your payment. We want to assure you that we are committed to helping you resolve your issue as quickly as possible. Please contact the business directly for assistance.

Refunds

Only a business can refund a purchase. Mamo Business only processes payments and has no right to initiate refunds. Mamo Business is therefore not able to refund the money of your purchase. Please contact the business directly if you wish to return or cancel an order or to request a refund.

What if I can't contact the business?

If the business has not provided a contact email address or phone number in the receipt your received in your email and you have made every attempt to contact them and have failed please use the Chat and choose the following options:

  • Select "I'm a customer of a business πŸ‘‹"

  • Select "Create ticket"
