The Mamo balance acts as your financial control center. From here, you can manage your money in whichever way you want:
Collect payments from various channels directly into your Mamo balance
Fund corporate cards without the need for external bank transfers
Make payouts to vendors or suppliers using your collected earnings

Go to Finances > Accounts > Select account (e.g. UAE Dirham account)
Available balance
Your Available balance reflects funds that are gathered from payments, and are available to use. The Available balance is a ledger of all your payments, transfers, fees, and other balance updates, synced in real-time. Once your funds reflect in your Available balance, you can use it to top up your card balance, initiating payouts, or settle to your bank account.
Upcoming funds
Funds gathered from payments reflect in the Upcoming funds section for the duration of your chosen settlement period. These funds are not yet available for you to use, but it gives you visibility on your finances, so you can plan ahead. The funds move to your Available balance once the settlement period is over.
For example, if you've received 10 payments totaling to AED 1,000 on Tuesday 11 February, those 10 payments will reflect in your Upcoming balance immediately.
If you’re on a 5-day settlement period, your upcoming funds of AED 1,000 will be made available and move to your Available balance 5 business days later, on Tuesday 18 February.
If you’re on a same-day settlement period, your funds will reflect in your Available balance immediately after a payment is received.
💡 You can adjust your settlement period by going to Settings > Plan. Current settlement period options are 5 business days, 3 business days, or same business day.
