As per regulatory requirements, we're obligated to run KYC verifications and screening on all owners of every business. This includes majority and minority owners.
For companies owned by other companies, we're obligated to follow the ownership trail all the way to the top.
Please ensure you add all business owners, especially those listed on your Trade License, Memorandum of Association, or Articles of Association.
Full name | Enter the full name of the business owner exactly as it is spelled on their government issued identification. If they have more than 2 last names, please add them to the "Last name" field. |
Country of birth | Enter the country of birth of the business owners. This information is an essential requirement for KYC purposes. |
Emirates ID | Upload clear, up-to-date copies (front and back) of the owner's Emirates ID.
Note: At least one owner must be a UAE resident with a valid Emirates ID.
If you have a registered business: If any of the owners doesn't have an Emirates ID, please upload a copy of their passport.
If you are a freelancer: You must submit a copy of your Emirates ID, copy of passport will not be accepted in these cases.
